Working principle
The working principle of hammering expansion bolts is to expand and tightly adhere to the hole wall through hammering, thereby achieving a firm fixing effect. Its design ensures that the drilling diameter of the fixed object, the wall drilling diameter, and the expansion screw diameter are the same, simplifying the construction process. It can also be directly inserted into the wall hole through the fixed object for expansion, eliminating the need for repeated calibration and disassembly steps
Application scenarios
Hammer expansion bolts are widely used in various fields such as fixing metal components, brackets, road guardrails, templates, road signs, heavy-duty support beams, roof decoration components, and construction brackets. It has strong corrosion resistance, easy and fast installation, and can meet various fixed needs.
installation
Punching: Drill a hole of appropriate size at a fixed location.
Insert the expansion tube: Insert the expansion tube into the hole by hammering the expansion bolt.
Tap expansion: Use a hammer or other tapping tool to gently tap the tail of the bolt, causing the insert to expand in the hole and tightly adhere to the hole wall.
Installation completed: Once the plug is fully expanded and secured, the installation can be completed.
