Corrosive environment: hot galvanized studs are preferred;

4、 Plating and Surface Preparation
Hot galvanizing: the thickness of zinc layer is 50-100 μ m, applicable to outdoor electrical equipment and bridge steel structure.
Dacromet: salt mist corrosion resistance is superior to galvanization, which is used for automobile chassis and coastal chemical equipment.
PTFE coating: reducing friction coefficient, anti-adhesion, suitable for food processing equipment and pharmaceutical machinery.
5、 Material classification and typical application:
Carbon steel material
Q235 series: low cost, moderate strength, applicable to general building structure and non-load-bearing mechanical connection, and the corrosion resistance shall be improved with the galvanizing process.
No.45 steel (C45E): the strength after heat treatment can reach Grade 8.8, which is used for fixing medium load equipment, such as machine tool and conveyor belt.
Stainless steel material
